Equipment Engineer
  • job requirements:
     

    1、Establish and improve the equipment management system, maintenance system, equipment, technical information to do a good job of the formation, accumulation, finishing, legislation, archiving work;

    2、Preparation of annual, quarterly and monthly equipment pre-screening plan, major and minor equipment repair plan, spare parts manufacturing and supply plan;

    3、According to the needs of the workshop, coordinate with the higher level to formulate new equipment procurement and investment plans, organize equipment selection and purchase;

    4、Responsible for inspecting, recording, examining and daily management of the operation of all kinds of equipment in the company;

    5、Responsible for maintenance and management of all kinds of equipment, play a role of auditing, coordinating and supervising in the installation of mechanical and electrical equipment;

    6、Preparation of equipment safety rules, make the operator of the technical operation assessment, issue operation certificate and other work;

    7、Assist superiors to deal with major equipment accidents, participate in the accident analysis, put forward opinions on handling problems, promptly report to superior supervisors and companies on major accidents, and accurately fill in the relevant statistical reports on time.

     

    Qualifications

    1、Bachelor degree or above, mechanical, engineering, automation and other related majors;

    2、More than 2 years working experience in power equipment maintenance management, with experience in large power equipment maintenance preferred;

    3、Familiar with the principle of construction machinery construction, a certain mechanical failure handling experience, mechanical design and mechanical maintenance experience, familiar with equipment maintenance, maintenance processes and norms and standards;

    4、To machinery and equipment maintenance and troubleshooting and can work in the field, proficient use of modern office software, AutoCAD and other mapping software, office equipment.

Technical Support Engineer
